College gymnast shot and killed in her Wisconsin apartment

Welsh was shot multiple times in an apartment in the old Wisconsin Dairy Supply Co. building. Police arrested a 23-year-old man who supposedly knew Welsh and will refer several charges to the Walworth County District Attorney's Office, including first-degree intentional homicide, endangering safety by the use of a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct while armed.

The fact that we arent holding the murder accountable is absolutely sickening. Its been 18 hours and we still have no idea who the perpetrator was, only that they where still in the apartment when it happened.

The very first weekend we moved to "the country". an elderly man accidently ran over and killed his own wife in a Dairy Queen parking lot. She had stepped over the trailer hitch in the rear of the truck, just as he pulled forward to look for her. A Minister across the street saw it all and ran over and prayed with her for the two minutes it her took to die. I told my wife, "Just because we moved to the country, don't think Death doesn't have our forwarding address."
