DON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!! Mom slaps Warumi in the face. Mom: I SHOULD HAVE NEVER GIVEN BIRTH TO YOU!!! Warumi gets angry and slaps mom back. Warumi: GO TO HELL!!! YOU’RE THE ONE WHO SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN BORN!!! Warumi runs out of the apartment with tears in her eyes. And then, she gets hit by a car. Warumi was taken to the hospital, but doctors weren’t able to save her. She succumbed to her injuries. Having lost her daughter, mom became insane and ended up in the mental hospital.

That's exactly how I feel about books! 💖 There's even a poem by Julia Donaldson about how books can take you away, not only for an adventure, but also to spend time with friends. It's supposedly a children's poem, but I love it. I guess that makes me a sentimental old man. BTW there's a video here on YouTube in which the poem is recited, but here it is for you so you don't have to look up the video... I opened a book and in I strode. Now nobody can find me. I've left my chair, my house, my road, My town and the world behind me. I'm wearing the cloak, I've slipped on the ring, I've swallowed the magic potion. I've fought with a dragon, dined with a king, And dived in a bottomless ocean. I opened a book and made some friends. I shared their tears and laughter And followed their road with its bumps and bends To the happily ever after. I finished my book and out I came. The cloak can no longer hide me. My chair and my house are just the same, But I have a book inside me. BTW I'm writing a series of thriller novels in which the MC is a children's book author and illustrator.
