    I’ve actually been feeling similar the past month and could not shake it. But not exaggerating I stumbled on your Instagram posts a week or so ago and seeing your routines is what helped me start to snap out of it! I’m so sorry you’ve been feeling down.   • this video is inspiring me to get out of the slump too. im student teaching which is unpaid and over a 45 minute drive daily. its so much work to be unpaid and it’s just been hard. i haven’t taken care of myself that much lately because im just so tired. currently watching this while on the treadmill- trying to feel like me again💕

  • I feel like this too. I feel like I’m just coming out of it. I find too by doing my hair and make up and an outfit that I feel cute in has been helping as well. Reach out to friends and medical providers. I’ve been digging deep and feel a wave of a new beginning coming on. I hope you do as well. You’ve got this.   • Marshmallow Fireside is my ultimate FAVE scent from B&B. I use it all year long. Also, I really feel you on burnout. It creeps up so easily when you have a day job AND you're trying to create quality content. For me, I have to learn to let certain things go and focus more on myself. Nothing matters more than YOU and your mental health. Funnily enough, after you feel recharged, you begin to feel as if you can take on a bit more. Listening to yourself is important. LOVE the vlog, love. Really looking forward to your podcast! Podcasts are my jam when I'm commuting to and from the day job. Cheers!
