    I remember Jordan Burroughs once said that his favorite wrestling specific workout is strict weighted pull ups because its resemblance to pulling movements when you execute either single leg or double leg takedowns.

    With the kettlebell curl, are your shooting for high reps because it’s a difficult exercise to go heavy because of the challenging grip or is it because of what it’s trying to simulate, that being the collar tie grip etc and therefore needing more endurance with the exercise?

    Hey coach Miller! I have big news. I commented a few months ago wanting to increase my bench because frankly it was pretty low at 137 (I weigh 132). I did it!!! My new max is 165!!!
