TXM not realising paper is effective against rock is so frustrating lmao

I think when he's doing the "transformation sequence" you need to whip out paper because the fake cop's hand is the rock sign one. Notice that when he's using "transformation sequence", the rock sign is a bit greyish and the paper is pure white and moving. That is your que to strike with paper to counter him.

I like the fact that the story is about soccer without it being only soccer

On focus battles, the hands of the enemies always show a rock, paper or scissors pose, so you choose the respective symbol to win and hit harder. On those "super attacks", 2 symbols appers: A more faded one, which is the type of attack the enemy will use, and a bigger opaque one, which is the type of attack you gotta use to block.

The fact you keep trying to use scissors against rock when it literally talks you to use paper will never not be funny to me(don't worry I got confused the first couple times too until I played more and figured out the system... except for never learning items were a thing until watching you but hey I still won every battle in spite of that)
