literally the greatest Kal-El we have EVER had, and they FIRED HIM
  • @jeoj7660
Henry ripping the door open and standing there with fire going up his body is the coolest thing I love in this movie.
  • @h.r.gerrard2960
I like the fact that one of the crewmen 'saved his life' when that falling cage nearly crushed him. You could see the appreciation on Clark's face. Humanity, a super strength!
  • @alejolopera
I wish Henry became the next 007 .. that would be sooo great
  • @spornge
How are so many in the comments missing : It is really well done , because it is not the weight he cant hold ,it is the structure he is standing on can not support the force and mass of him and the tower. He does not know how to fly yet
  • @nz7677
2:05 "Is that shot really necessary?" "Yes, yes it is."
  • @Nyxzy343
The little detail that I'll always love in this scene is when the tower does fall, you see it pivot over him rather than just fall on him.

Every once in a while i come back to watch just this one clip because its one of the best secnes filmed of superman. Henry did an absolute beast of a job
  • @nrdas8912
Nothing in the entire history of Superman says who he is more than this scene.
  • @AmitRedkar1
Wondering what the survivors told everyone after the rescue. A man covered in fire crushed the steel door open and their Doc tell them they were traumatised and hallucinated😅
  • @ToxicSkull0
I love how he allowed himself to be saved by the guy, because he was definitely was enough to notice the cage falling and the guy aint got a chance to actually budge him
  • @METAL1ON
Standing there screaming holding a fcuking burning oil rig up is one of the most emotional super hero moments I have ever seen. Its just raw, from ripping a door open whilst in a pair of pants covered in flames to taking on thousands of tons and incredible heat even when you don't know if you can take those kinds of things was just awe inspiring.

I like how SM give a wee smile at the guy at 0:40 because he tried to save him even tho he said something cheeky he still gave him a little smirk i really like this version of SM
  • @Megacooler96_
Such a great movie. It got unnecessary amount of hate and hes also the best Superman we've ever gotten
  • @futuresonex
You know when Superman revealed himself to the world the guys from the oil rig were like, "Well, that explains a few things!"
  • @just_tin_tin6448
Dont make other characters tell me to root for him, just show me what he is/does and I will root for him myself. Story telling at its best.
  • @soundtreks
The early parts of Man of Steel were riveting. All of the scenes where he’s anonymous were gold.
  • Is and will always be my favorite SUPERMAN. Thanks Henry. Hope you get the 007 role.

MOS was incredible just incredible, it is the BEST Superman film ever created, it shows so many different sides to Clark the trails and tribulations of the strongest being on the planet growing up, trying to blend in, finding himself all the while he experiences the good and bad sides to humanity and sometimes showing such restraint like not saving his father from that Tornado because hisfather told him not too so Clark didn't reveal himself to early on was really moving, it also helps to have an incredible actor like Henry Cavill really become one with the character mentally not just physically, even if DC fired him they can never destroy or tarnish this film any other actor they cast for Superman has to exceed Henry and I don't think thats ever going to happen.

Man of steel was one of the best renewals of superman. I get that the superhero flick has died down. But this portrayal of superman was a really good one.
