The fact that those kids knew to hide in the closet says a lot about how well raised and prepared they were. Very sorry this family had to experience this. He sounds like he was an angel in disguise. 😢

He was doing so much not only for his kids and himself, but his neighbors and neighborhood too.What a great loss to someone who was making a difference. My deepest condolences go out to his family and friends, may his memory forever live in their hearts.R.I.P Kendall.

Now these are the parents and fathers that young, black children need in their lives. I hope his mom and dad go on to channel their frustrations to help the youth in baltimore.

He protected and did everything he could for those kids until the very end of his life💔 The way the devil snatches these innocent souls isn’t fair. He deserved to see those kids grow up and thrive. He deserved a long life.

There’s a lot of murder in the city but his and a few others I will never forget. His murder reminded me of the Dawson family who were also murdered in a house fire because they didn’t want the drug dealers selling around their house. This was so sad to me when it happened in 2015 and I cried today watching this 😔

Wow I’m from Baltimore and lived on that street. Such a sad ending for his family. His parents are so strong 😢Sending them love and support. On a sidenote this was a very well put together production. I hardly ever hear the full story and ending when stuff like this happens in Baltimore.

The terror, disruption, & destruction our own people cause towards each other is awfully sickening, disturbing, & quite despicable. 🤮😡😡 We are TRULY our own worse enemies… NO ONE will treat our people right until we 1st repent & commit to God’s will for us, then treat each other right. Tragedy wreaks so much havoc on our communities. Praying for strength for this & all families that lose people, particularly to violence. 😢🙏🏽

To the Fenwick family, I am so sorry for your loss and our prayers and condolences to all of you. This young man was an awesome dad and family member. What a legacy for the integrity of this young man. I pray that whoever did this is caught and arrested.😢
