I'm a man with no kids but I think these videos are so important, thank you Heather and I hope your pregnancy is going well. I'll be sharing this video with some midwifery students I know. You're an inspiration to many Heather!

Congratulations ❤. In my second pregnancy, I ran till 6th month, then it was just no fun anymore, but my doctor told me not to run, so I investigated in the internet.... Now I train the dam pelvic floor after giving birth to start again. Thank you for this video, probably not so many follower need to hear it, but it's sooo important for those who need it.

Thanks for doing this video! I wish there was more content like this out there. I'm 8 months pregnant and have enjoyed continuing to run, swim and weight train (unfortunately cycling just didn't feel comfortable for me while pregnant). Thanks again for this content and congratulations on your pregnancy, Heather!
  • @megangrogg9164
Love seeing the content for pregnant ladies! During my pregnancy i had trouble finding much information. I weight trained and walked a lot and just had to play it by ear. Excited to see more content like this!!

I seen a lioness running down a gazelle when she was pregnant and I told my gf who was pregnant at that time that she needs to get off her arse and move around more. She looked at me like I was bonkers so I’m glad to see this video. Respect to people that move their bodies.

I was hoping for such a video since the reveal :)) Super interesting and congratualtions again!
  • @lalalala78783
I did continue running (shorter distances) and some strength training when pregnant with twins (amateur runner) and managed to do my first Ironman 14months post partum, definitely found very conflicting and also VERY vague advice for training when pregnant and postpartum. Doing a 'mummy mot' with a physio was probably one of the best things I did postpatum!
  • @Beatriz_MC
Much needed content! I have seen some pro athletes training in pregnancy and postpartum, but little information on amateur /age group women, so I would love to know more. Great video and congratulations❤!!
  • @felishawood1904
