In real life vineyards have decorative flowering plants at the ends of of the rows. It attracts bees and results in a higher harvest. Some vineyards even keep their own bees for this reason as well.

FWhip, the berries in the middle aren't growing because light level is too low. The block under the armor stand needs to be a light source.

Pro tip: Place a block under the spawner and place torches all the way around. When you are ready to turn the spawner on, just break the block.
