Love when you edit the product onto the screen with info typed below. So helpful. Thank you! 💗

The best tinted sunscreen I’ve ever used is the Skinceuticals physical fusion. It’s way too expensive to use daily so I only use it in situations where I don’t want any cast.

For anyone with a fair complexion who finds the COTZ Flawless tint a little too dark, or finds the shiny finish not to your taste, or needs added hydration and skin barrier support, or needs water resistance (80 min), or enjoys a silky smooth finish…give the COTZ Face Moisture SPF35 Lightly Tinted a try. It contains 16% zinc, iron oxide, ceramides, and dimethicone which gives a blurring effect to the pores. Can be worn under makeup or on its own.

Thank you for pointing out the niacinamide - saves me getting my hopes up about the product 😊
  • The Australian Gold spf 50 tinted mineral sunscreen is my ride or die. Love it!! I basically use it instead of a foundation since I don’t mind the light coverage.

I love the tinted mineral sun bum spf 30. Thanks so much for reviewing it. Feels good knowing my fave dermatologist recommends the sunscreen I use!
  • @parisinthe30sx
I love Paula's choice wrinkle defense SPF. It evens out my skintone perfectly. It's hard to find one for pale skin. The botanical SPF was too orange for me. These look promising though
  • I love that I have stepped up my spf game. Thanks for helping educate me. So excited to hear that sun protection is trending!
  • Colorscience Classic Face Shield checks all the boxes for me, and consistently keeps me from burning because I work outdoors in the summer. It’s great that there are even more affordable options out there at a better price point. I find the Unrefined R&R to be more yellow/warm on me whereas Colorscience Classic more peachy. That said, they both blend well into skin. I still like to have a non-tinted option for sports (mineral or chemical) so I’m not wiping tinted product off my face onto towels or clothing. Thanks for keeping us updated, I’m always trying new sunscreens out as they get better and better😊
  • This CoTZ was way too moisturizing for my combo/oily skin but my sister who has eczema and super sensitive skin absolutely loved it! I really love the CoTZ Face Prime & Protect SPF 40 - Tinted!

I enjoy that Sun Bum option. It is great for on-the-go and I use it as a light primer before makeup as well. It has a mousse or whipped consistency. It doesn’t drip like liquid although I do enjoy liquid sunscreens too.

I definitely attribute you to my regular sunscreen use. It was something that my family never really cared about but now I’m all for wearing it indoors and out. Also, your recommendations are great! I love the black girl sunscreen and Japanese sunscreens the best 😊
  • @orozcoboy
I love the COTZ flawless sunscreen, I have a medium skin tone and it looks sheer! It leaves the skin looking dewy though
  • @teachergirl41
The Sun Bum Mineral sunscreen is really nice and does not give you a shiny appearance. It’s great on no-foundation days. I bought the Cotz 50 spf at the same time and liked it okay but wasn’t crazy about the consistency, given it’s not water-resistant. The Eucerin Age Defense 50 SPF (which you covered in an earlier video) is fantastic and I wholeheartedly recommend.

Thank you for the review! I have medium olive complexion and very sensitive skin. I’ve tried Elta Md UV restore both tinted and non tinted and they both burn my eyes and cause me to break out. Surprisingly the Tatcha sunscreen works great. I know it’s expensive but it works for me. Sheer tint but not white cast and it doesn’t burn my eyes. I’m interested in trying some of the other options.

i’m on my fourth bottle of sunbum! as someone with an oilier t-zone, i love the more matte texture
  • @Dkb522
The Elta Md Restore is my go to everyday sunscreen. I love it and it’s so pretty.

Thank you for all you recommendations and I feel confident your a real doctor and so smart . I can’t afford to see a dermatologist constantly for just basic things and your info has helped my teen dealing with starting acne . I have bought him products I seen you talk about for that and it’s helped him and saved me tons of money. Your a blessing and totally beautiful. Keep the great content coming . 😘

I have a darker skin tone and the Cotz one have been working quite well for the past few weeks. It is shiny and doesn’t really leave a cast to my eyes. The sunscreen needs a few minutes to ~vanish~ and after that the cast isn’t much noticeable. When i apply it a good 20 min. before stepping out the door, i feel comfortable wearing it. The shininess also comes down a little (but i haven’t used it in the middle of the summer yet, so idk about that).
  • I love your reviews, I trust your opinions . Thank you for taking the time educate us on this subject.
