Tokyo and Japan one of my dream city and country to visit my uncle has been to almost every country and says japan is the best. Vienna Austria would also be cool to visit and apparently Denmark is currently the 2nd safest country on earth after Japan Copenhagen looks cool

There is more to "safety" then crime when traveling internationally. You must consider the government as well. The argument you made for Iran didn't address the safety risk of being arrested by the police for any number or reasons including fabricated ones. This happens in both the most corrupt or most authoritarian countries fairly often.
