Thieves steal ATM from West Seattle gas station, causing $20,000 in damages

Security footage captured three people using a chain and a pickup truck to yank the front doors and then drag the machine out of the building.
According to Seattle police, just before 4 a.m. Thursday, the truck also rammed into the front door "three times, destroying the doors and burglar bars."
Police said the suspects also stole other items from the store and noted detectives were able to lift fingerprints from the scene.
The damage to the store was estimated at more than $20,000. Seattle police were also investigating three strong-arm robberies that occurred within 20 minutes of one another Wednesday morning.
