Technically the god of the sun is Apollo but Helios did have the title before him but everyone forgot about Helios.

Helios was the old god of the sun. He gave his position to Apolo, but with the timeline I get why you chose Helios so it fits

The Blade of Chaos which i remember was from the Game, The God of war. Which Kratos used it to kill ares and Zeus in the final battle. But Unfortunately Kratos didn't used the Blade of Olympus in Minecraft.
