Well, it did it again, killed another flex shaft on 6s, second pack today.
Running a Hobbywing 180A with Leopard 4082 2200kv is abit brutal for this small boat, so will move the motor to my Deltaforce 45 MKII instead.

But it ran very good for sure, but brutal.

I dont belive i did more than touch 100% trottle a couple of times.

She is fast!! I do not run the teflon liner. Here are some things to check. Make sure the motor and the stuffing tube are in almost perfect alignment. Make sure the strut and drive dog have the proper spacing should be around 4mm. Make sure you have marine grease for lubrication. Make sure the shaft turns freely when not connected to the motor. Make sure the teflon liner is not spinning in the stuffing tube. Take a look at your strut bushings they should have very little play with your shaft. You may have a kink in the stuffing tube where it pinches the flex shaft this usually happens where the tube comes through the hull. Good luck!
