Amber Ruffin has a smile that makes other people smile. She made John Oliver smile, and sure you could still see the aged grief behind his eyes, but above that grief was undoubtedly a smile Edit: John Oliver is great too, I just assumed this was his preferred method of complement.

I’m british so i’ve never heard of this woman before and I was here for John Oliver. But she seems like a great host. Doesn’t interrupt constantly like a lot of talk show hosts, but still has a conversation. And she seems very happy and engaged.
