I couldn't trust this entire movie after this scene.
-
You know you’re getting crazy when you start convincing your friend that YOU are a figment of HIS imagination.
-
Quarantine, day 1: I got some wine and I got Netflix, nbd Quarantine, day 30: MONKEY PUMP
-
I like that Winslow doesn't even deny what Thomas is telling him, as if he doesn't know himself if he's truly lost his mind or not. Such a chilling scene
-
That scene where they're both under the table was really one of the most disturbing to me. They've just completely lost it at that point, just a couple of deranged little goblins, detached from reality, laughing their asses off (most likely at nothing) while the whole house around them is getting ready to crumble.

Such a batshit crazy movie
-
They run out of liquor so they resort to mixing honey in kerosene. Pure insanity...
-
I can't believe this is a 4 million dollar picture. Amazing.
-
It's just a descent into madness, people. It doesn't make complete sense because it's trying to drive YOU bonkers too. Best horror films do that. "The Shining", I'm looking at you.
-
I love how the wind picks up a bit when he mentions Canada as if to trick Winslow to thinking it's the wind of a snowstorm
-
"How long have we been in this quarantine? 5 months? 2 weeks?"
-
Kerosene and honey, huh? Sounds like one hell of a time.
-
Wake: We're outta drink Winslow: I'm gonna do what's called a pro-gamer move
-
When Thomas was talking about “figment of imagination” I got so scared cause I didn’t know who to believe and who was sane or insane.
-
Its thirsty work running a lighthouse.
-
Okay but Wake was DEFINITELY hardcore gaslighting Winslow here. He doesn’t say “maybe you’re a figment of MY imagination, maybe I’M stark raving insane” he tries to get Winslow to think HE is. I think the wording makes it pretty clear that’s what he’s doing.

2:40 gotta be one of my favorite shots ever
-
The crashing waves actually looked...scary as shit. Just the menace and the power they give off. Damn this movie is amazing looking.
-
Two things that I love about this scene: first how the sound of the wind subtly increases while Wake is talking, and how the lifesaver vest drops around Winslow's legs, as if he was walking "knee deep in snow"
