Iβm a pastry chef. You have to use real eggs whites (Not from a carton!) and whip it until you have stiff peaks: you should be able to turn the bowl upside down over your head without anything falling out. When you have stiff peaks, thatβs meringue, which is what makes the cloud bread. The vinegar should only be at most a tablespoon. You could also use the same amount of lemon juice. You wonβt taste it.. itβs just there to make the meringue more stable. I highly suggest you get a better hand mixer! Kitchen Aid, Cuisinart and Kenmore all make good ones.

You need to use real eggs. The egg whites in the container have other things added to them to keep them, even if it's not on the package. If it's under a certain amount they don't require it to be on the label.

It's a meringue (pronounced meh-rang), have to whip it to stiff peaks that hold up without drooping. Maybe 3-5 more minutes from when you stopped.

First mistake was using carton egg white those do not foam or whip well. You need to use fresh egg whites.

It's closer to meringue than bread. Right whip the egg white with 1 teaspoon of vinegar and once you have fluffy stiff peaks add the sugar slowly a little at a time and cook as per instructions πππ

You need to use egg whites that you have separated. Sometimes egg whites from a carton won't whip up correctly.

Didn't you mixer come with 2, and I mean two beaters? They usually do to WHIP. Get a Kitchen Aid Mixer. Love your family and funny antics!

You need to use whole eggs from the shell egg whites. Use the yolks for ice cream, pudding, or custard. Then beat them with the vinegar and sugar until it forms a stiff peak. This can be a very long time. Make sure there is no oil in the bowl or the whisk you are using and the bowl needs to be in the freezer for about a half hour before you start this. I hope you try it again.
