Thanks! I like to use aquafava instead of water to moisten the zuchini. It's a little more slimy than water so the seasoning sticks to it nicely.

Love this! My new favorite zucchini Oreo now is to slice them thin, sprinkle with lemon pepper and dehydrate them in my food dehydrator. They’re healthy crunch chips.
