  • If you came for the video title it's only the first 18 minutes. The short answer is no because of potential injury and decreased performance. Focus training on different muscles and wait for sore ones to recover.

  • if you feel soreness more than a day, then you probably did more than your body can handle...when working out you start very light then slowly picking up the pace.
