Thank you Dr. Jessica. Another great video that came in perfect timing for me! I’ve been struggling with with being consistent in my manifestation and frequencies. I know we’re all human so there will be times when it can be more challenging to stay in a higher frequency. But my goal is to try to get better at that. I love the boomerang metaphor. It reminded me of another metaphor I read in a book called “working with the law.” It was so simple but the book used a metaphor of sitting around a campfire when we are cold. If we feel cold we don’t keep focusing on the cold and then wonder why we’re still cold. we turn towards the campfire to get warm. So with all of our manifestations we need to focus on where we want to be and how it feels. Thanks for including the links. would love more videos and/or guided meditations on how to get into the fifth dimension.

And this is something i've never put alot thought into before. This is exactly what i came up with!!soI began to google information on it to find confirmation and actually didn't find a lot of comprehensive answers, and I was left wondering more. I clicked on this video because I love all of your videos. But I honestly didn't think much of the title until now. When I heard you start explaining the dimensions. And I was like, holy cow, this is exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I had come up with in my head as to how dimensions worked
