Okay everyone, I work in food safety and have this to say... DO NOT DO IT. The plastic wrapper is likely dirty and unhygienic for your coffee, but also it is not meant to be heated. This will leak excessive amounts of microplastics and harmful thermal degradation products into both your coffee and into the chocolate - especially the chocolate, because it is full of lipids that easily mix with and dissolve many of the plastic degradation products. If a restaurant did this, there is a chance they would get into serious trouble.
