How To Install Mesh On Eco Frames
Step 1 - Lay out frame and mount the locking strips
Step 2 - Lay mesh with tag side visible
Step 3 - Fold over plastic strips once towards you and insert into locking strips
Step 3 - Center mesh and locking strips
Step 4 - Tension with tensioning bar starting with the long sides first
Frames will be ready to use after a 12 hour resting period.

Instead of being limited to just the screens you have on hand, and finding storage space for all of them when not in use, you now have access to every mesh count available in a convenient collapsible panel.
Installation of Eco Frame mesh is easy and fast, allowing for quick mesh changes for new jobs or replacing a popped screen.

  • The white gorilla tape works perfect. Even during washout it may start to pull off but as the screen dries you can simply push it down in those areas and the adhesive holds tight again.
  • Great video! What width tape to use? Can you do a video on how you tape the frames? I appreciate the time you took to make this video!

Just got mine kit and i feel kinda odd how sharp the end of the are...
  • I reuse all of my images and don't reclaim screens when they're spent (usually a couple of years). I do have some images that I only use seasonally (ie Christmas). Could I remove the exposed mesh from the frame, preserve it, and then restretch the exposed mesh back onto the frame in a few weeks or months? I'm only doing single color, so I don't need overly accurate registration, but my images are fairly fine detailed, so I'm concerned about distortion or whether it's even possible at all!

Can the mesh be removed and repositioned? I’m very new to screen printing and have inherited these screens and have found a black mildew or mold between the mesh and the frame. I want to clean underneath thoroughly, but don’t want to damage the mesh in doing so
