Should I come back to PS3? 1.13? As it seems well alive

I don’t play Ps4 PvP on Minecraft anymore because its not alive and also i don’t have ps plus, however if you didn’t know before i have a ps3 and can run minecraft on it problem is is ps3 edition is so laggy compared to ps4 which may mess up my skill. I am a good ps4 pvper
