Here's a breakdown of all the gear, skill tree, and book of the dead that I've set up to create an enjoyable build. To make this build effective, you only need to obtain the blood mist trigger codex; the other components are easily farmable. If you're eager to obtain this codex early on, try gambling for gloves, which are likely to yield the most offensive codex. I managed to force this within 5 hours of farming obols, even before reaching level 20.

At present, this build is most effective for mapping and speed run dungeons. However, when it comes to bossing or fighting world bosses, it may prove ineffective due to the lack of corpses and quick death of skeleton reapers before they can create any corpses for you. If you're interested in creating a build specifically for bossing or taking on world bosses with a Necro, I highly recommend building up your minions as tanks and utilizing curses and codex attack speed for them. Alternatively, a high-crit generator bone spear build may also be a viable option.
