Your workmanship is top notch. I'm mesmerized by the cleanliness of your lathe and the way to dab the cutting tools and surfaces.
-
Very neat work. I've recently made a small rotary broach and it has worked well on few 4 - 6mm hex key holes so far. I hadn't thought of D shaped holes for knobs - thanks for the idea.

I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for making them! Now, I cannot wait for the “How to make an A hole on a lathe” video !

Such beautiful work with videography to match. I can't get over how clean you machine is. I always clean my machines after every use, but not to factory fresh. Amazing.

Nice. I'm not sure when I've seen so many beautifully done, unnecessary cuts, but one thing for sure, that girl keeps her tools CLEAN.

Beautiful photography & such a clean lathe and hands!!

Japanese lathe are beyond beautiful and overkill accurate. Marvelous indeed
-
The grinding setup with the V tool post holder was brilliant! Very nice work sir.

-
WOW, your work is so precise!
-
Thanks for the amazing manufacturing again! I wonder how will you remove the remaining burr in the D-hole?

It's fascinating to watch how the different grades of steel behave with the same drill bit. Some grades seem more prone to making strands when being cut -- something to do with the grain structure and alloy, I expect. This high-speed steel seems like it would be nearly a joy to use. How much more expensive is it?
