The Mantle of Woe is one of those items that takes the rules of the game, and throws them out the window! After one watch, your inner mage will be drooling over your keyboard as you theorycraft all the insane spells that this one item can enable. And on top of it, the world has one less necromancer to worry about. What's not to love?

On that faithful day he got stuck inside the Census Office in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind while gaming with his brother in their parent's basement and a way of life was forged. Since then, he has grown into an obsessive caffeine addict, and a stickler for the finer things in all made-up fantasy worlds and gaming universes.

What insanity will you pull off with your 1000 magicka mage??
  • @Judgement_Kazzy
Knowing Kirkbride lore, this thing is definitely a piece of Molag Bal's soiled loincloth.
  • thats what makes morrowind so brilliant. Not because of its strengths, but because you can constantly find countless ways to exploit the game's mechanics. It is glorious.

Obviously one of the way to utilize the Mantle of Woe is summoning Golden Saints in lava pits and farming their souls for enchanting
  • @minete_
"an incredibly POWERFUL robe" webcam shakes Damn, even the webcam knows how powerful the mantle of woe is
  • Thanks for all these videos! I have a couple thousand hours in Morrowind. Got it when it first came out and was my introduction into open world games. Now in my 50s, I just started playing back through it again, but with the DLCs. Never had these before. Still IMO the nest of all the Elder Scrolls games. No hand holding, no quest markers to follow, no modern fast travel system, just a fantastic world to explore. Hope all is well with you ✌️❤️
  • This item is basically PERFECT for vampires: - you already take sun damage - nobody talks to you - you can put this and the boots in one cast
  • @AnimeVampire234
"when stuff gets really nutty" literally was staring at the two npcs in the back the whole time just being like "HOOI YOUTUBEE" and just pacing back and forth really fast.
  • @janekbrat6951
I love how in Morrowind, exploits are basically an intended mechanic.

I started your Breton build with the Apprentice sign. This robe would be great to boost the shit out of my magicka pool. Never knew this existed. Thanks for all you do, man.

Next to the boots of blinding speed, the Mantle of Woe is a required item for every playthrough if I'm casting magic. I think the spell points the game gives you is a lick on the small side, but with it? Makes casting magic less of an ordeal. Literally no downsides imo since most of morrowind is taking place in interiors

More cool items please. My favorite video you make are this type. You got me to play Morrowind after I started with Skyrim and played some oblivion. I wish I knew what I was missing out on sooner.

What can I say. I’ve been playing this game for at least 20 years. Love it. I just discovered your channel. I subscribed instantly. You’ve already shown me a few things I didn’t know like leading the creeper back to my base. (Brilliant) I did know about this robe but had forgotten it. You’ve refreshed my memory. I’ve told my sister about you. Can’t believe this game. Still learning new things after 20 years. Can’t believe how much you know. Doin a top job mate. Kudos from the land down under. Wishing you wealth beyond measure outlander.

I LOVE this. I just created a character dedicated to using every exploit and gathering every powerful artifact to become The Greatest Mage of all Time. This robe is a must for his checklist. By the way, I love seeing someone who has as much fun playing Morrowind as I do.
  • 16:03 Even the Imperial guard and altmer was so jelly, that they had to dance :D hahaha Nice video mate! Its a fun item indeed hehe
  • What do you mean what do you use all this magica for? You become Goku
