Alastor Gets Angry (..but I made it TERRIFYING)

..and here is what came out..
The edit was mostly on the audio side, with only small changes (except for that glitch part) on the visual side. I did this purely out of fun, and I hope that you enjoyed it too. I am not an audio designer by any means, so feel free to critique!
All of the sounds were sourced from freesound.org, edited in Davinci Resolve.

Pro tip: wear headphones to notice the difference, the MAJORITY of the edit is in the audio
-
really touches on horror movie style where 90% of the “horror” is just music and sound effects
-
I love how PISSED he gets but as soon as he asserts his dominance he's all polite and chummy like it never even happened
-
0:13 The screams or what i think are screams when he tightens the chain just shows his experience in evil
-
I would’ve LOVED for Alastor to give us a sample of the screams he collected !
-
Not too over the top but with noticeable changes that don't take away from the voice acting, amazing edit
-
It's a shame that there hasn't yet been a moment of Alastor that's surpassed "I would have done so already".
-
is no one gonna talk abt the way husk shakes at the end is adorable
-
In the pilot, specially the one where Alastor goes like " i would have done so " was honestly so terrifying and i wished they could have done that voice effect more on the show.
-
He sounded terrifyingly congested
-
I LOVE the added radio static just before he turns peppy again. It really shows he can switch off the "evil". But it's still always there with his regular radio voice.
-
The colors for some reason feel a lot more sharper. It just looks great
-
That “Lovely” was menacing
-
Pilot vibes, and i fucking love it.
-
that "understood" "Lovely :)" is both so cute and terrifying

This is the first time that i've seen someone using a pitched down voice in Alastor THAT SOUNDS GOOD Excellent job! In my opinion, he just needs that to sound scary, like when he defends the hotel from the Loan Shark's attack and he says he's going to eat and devour everyone, THAT'S scary, THIS is scary

It gives the perfect touch of horror for Alastors character, the screams in the background from the souls he's killed to the jump of green static and glitches just as the chain snaps is stunning. Then straight after the screams start. The slight deepening in his voice at the end is amazing as well. This is gold 🤩

This is better than original
-
okay but the glitch at 0:13 was SUCH a nice touchh

genuinely, the hazbin team dropped the ball on Alastor's spook factor. Aside from the end of Stayed Gone, hes not scary or creepy or anything like that 95% of the rest of the series. His pilot counterpart was just as friendly and charming on the surface, but was capable of actually being spooky. I miss Pilot Alastor.
