    Jean Houston's Course sounds interesting. I may look into it. Just turned 72, and have been lucky enough to have had a minimum of pain in the past 10 years since a Pulmonary Embolism & heart attack, but I have noticed a rapid downward loss of energy, getting to the point that it is interfering with everyday life & chores. So I need something to stop this energy loss. Thank you for sharing this information.
