*About The Game
As the lights go out, the embers of darkness are stoked in the sleepy town of Dormont. Confront uncomfortable horrors, keep your sanity in check and survive the night in this story-driven first-person psychological-thriller.

Those Who Remain places you in an up-close, psychological horror story set in the sleepy town of Dormont – a town in a spiralling split from the fabric of reality, warped by darkness and the deeds of the Citizens who reside.

Confront the uncomfortable horrors reflected by the darkness and survive the night of Dormont as Edward is confronted with a test of his sanity, morality and the shadows of evil that lurks below.

Navigate the encroaching darkness and manipulate light sources to clear paths through the mysteries of Dormont. To survive, you’ll need to stay in the light by any means.

Explore two interconnected dimensions as you move between Dormont and a strange alternate reality to solve thought-provoking puzzles and unlock the mysteries held within the dark.

Choose to condemn or reprieve the lost souls of Dormont and their cursed trove of secrets, as you make tough morale decisions that will determine the fate of Edward, through multiple different endings.

Discover an up-close psychological thriller wrapped in a deeply human story which explores family, loss, mistakes and how real people can be haunted by more than just demons in the dark.

Immerse yourself in a story-driven adventure inspired by classic supernatural film and TV series that presents a deeply atmospheric alternative horror experience.

As the lights go out, the embers of darkness are stoked in the sleepy town of Dormont.
Whispers of disappearances carry through the town as a burgeoning, uneasy and irrational fear begins to spread and darkness comes to be an unwelcome reflection to Those Who Remain.

Some mistakes should never happen, not when your life is complete – and yet they do. Edward had the good life, a beautiful wife and the perfect little girl, yet finds himself several whiskeys down and driving through the night of Dormont to end his secret affair - in a bid to fix his mistakes.

As Edward pulls into the Golden Oak Motel, he is unaware just how much this night will change his life…
The horrors and darkness that thrive in the corner of every eye are torn loose…

Dude is talking to a woman with an army of shadows with bright eyes on her back: woman - "No time for questions! You need to leave!" dude - "Ok... WHY!?" OMG
  • @Cowboylogic2
I really did enjoy the video because it helped me through the whole game 😅

I remember playing this when it came out. Nice little throwback.
  • that first ones a hard choice with all the facts, but I'm sorry I'd have condemned Mark personally. No matter how bad your life is that doesn't give you the right to ruin someone else's. I understand he was suffering from his brother's death but that's still not an acceptable excuse to ruin the lives of Annika and her mom. While I get that the concept of the game is forgiveness and people being able to change if given the chance, I feel like they should've been condemned. They knew what had really happened and they not only did nothing about it but they covered it all up. IMO they seem like the kind of people who are only sorry for a crime they committed because they got caught not because of what they actually did. Especially the Sheriff and the police chief as they should have been held to a higher standing when this happened but they clearly didn't care about Annika and her mother any more than the rest of the townsfolk

you are so quick with it lol I love it you do not be messing around 🤣
  • @DoomMomDot
this was amazingly cool. I'm assuming that if you don't forgive the others, you can't forgive yourself?
  • The protagonist in this play-through is also being complicit in Annika’s death 💀. By forgiving everyone who was either involved with her death or in the subsequent coverup, neither Annika’s soul or her mother receive the justice that THEY need. So Annika and her mother are getting shafted yet again.

One of those games that is more fun to watch than to play, i tried it and it was really mediocre in a lot of ways, i dropped it.
  • Tampering with mail ✉️ is totally a felony. The Post Master’s guilty.
  • @onaydodanli
very impressive... by your choice, the end is changing... be carefull about "live or die"

A horror game with a twist. Great. Gives me Silent Hill vibes

I feel really bad now learning more & more about the story, i Just condemned the sheriff Jack Matthew’s (the Father). I know it’s just a video game, but i shouldn’t have condemned the kid. His father was the really evil & set a terrible example for his kid especially being a well respected person in his town… Gross. Really should get more info before making assumptions😅

This was a great game and I enjoyed the video.

This game reminds me of insidious.. especially the way you can travel between the spirit realm and the human realm, kind of like how Dalton travels out of his conscience and goes to the further.. f’ing creepy but the game is fun and addictive.. I just started and I’m already hooked 😂❤👻
  • This game seems interesting, but to forgive the 2 it was the dumbest decision the player can do
