"The Relentless Always Win!" LOVE IT! Great tips here Chris! I love the Thomas Edison quote, "Everything comes to him who hustles while he waits."
  • @ShopNation
You’re the man Chris! Excited for you in 2024, keep killing it and inspiring others out there!

Chris, you are a pretty darn good human being! Love the positivity, trustworthiness, openness, and honest emotion. I came on board while you were in your old shop and I can't put into words how much I thoroughly enjoy watching your journey.
  • @guerillalife
You forgot #6 - be an all around awesome human being. Respect.

Man the “must be nice” attitude is a killer, had an old timer straighten me out on that when I was young and it was some of the best advice I ever got.
  • Don’t get discouraged with the potty training my high functioning ASD son was in night time pull ups until he was 14. You are absolutely an inspiration!

Thank you for sharing your story. I also pulled my PSM 401k years ago and it allowed me to stay home with my young children. We have not been in debt ever since and I do not regret it. I am so happy to hear it gave you the opportunity to start your own business and be home for your family. I subscribed to your channel when I came across your shop build and I will continue to follow your journey forward. Many prayers and blessings to you and your family.

Chris you are a stand up dude. I discovered your videos after I got home from open heart surgery. I t was a extremely rough time for me. After surgery you cant sleep on your back and have to sleep sitting up in a recliner the pain is incredible. Needless to say sleep did not come easy for a few weeks. I was up almost all night long most nights. I stumbled upon your video on a sleepless night and became a fan of the channel. I binged your all your videos. You helped me through many sleepless nights . Thank you brother !

Great video and great advice for taking the next step AND raising kids - be present! I often tell young couples either with kids or expecting that the most important thing when raising kids is to BE PRESENT. Kids will forget stuff or money or gifts but they always remember who showed up!
  • @merlinsatrom6678
Competence, chemistry - and character - you rock it on all three Chris! That’s why it’s working!
  • @mixmasterjt
Thanks for sharing your heart and behind the scenes with your fam. I’m also a dad / maker with a kiddo with a terminal illness. Praying for your wife and your fam today. The Lord hasn’t forgotten you!
  • @coypemberton
I love your channel and I love you approach to life. Never expected a woodworking/maker video to get me choked up, but here we are cutting onions. Keep it up
  • @PatrickLemay
I've been a follower since the garage days, and your story, every time you talk about it, is touching and incredible. Your way of speaking to us is insipiring and wish you continued success
  • @IndyGuy09
Chris, I have all the respect in the world for you. I personally have 2 special needs children, and I don't know how I would do it without my wife staying at home caring for them all day. Don't know if you're a believer, but I'll pray for you and your family. Wish you all the best.
  • @puppydoc7949
Hey Chris - I’m so happy to hear your son is doing well!!! Your commitment to your family is truly admirable. I can’t even begin to imagine the daily challenges you all endure. Thanks for such candidness and sincerity! That’s all part of what keeps me coming back. That plus so much more!! Keep doing what you are doing. You are a good man!!
  • I've been watching from the early days in your garage and it's amazing to see what you've accomplished. And when one considers all the external forces that you've had to deal with, it's even more amazing. All the best to your continued success.
  • Wow Chris, don't know where to start, but first off great video and great tips! You have been an influential inspiration ever since I started watching you build out that shop. You are a big reason why I took the leap. Secondly, as I've told you before you are a great husband and father for always keeping the family as the top priority!! That will pay you back more than you can imagine!! See you in ATL brother!!!
