More than the addiction i accept and reckognize the wounds - trauma. Its all about that , why addiction happens. Or not being able to self regulate , not being thought how, surpressed instead.

Pile 1: yes i relapsed its my porn, sex addiction. And also the phone - i am isolated lonely wolf. I was like 24 h without phone 4 days ago. Its not about the phone - its the wound that i dont know what I want to do in life, i feel stuck creativity....and on the phone mostly i do research, about discovering myself, because i am soo deep. But I need to realize that the answer is inside not outside.
