I did it. I am blind since birth. Thank you for talking. It is hard to find exercise videos with that.
  • @Aeryn4John
I did a whole 4 minutes before I had to stop. But it's 4 minutes more than I did yesterday or the day before that for years, so I'm going to call it a good beginning.

I struggle with depression which leads me to not eating well, so I get tired easily especially with the other workouts. This workout was made me feel so good, both physically and mentally. Your encouragement made me so happy. I feel great after having moved my body. Thank you so much for uploading this and doing what you do. :)
  • I appreciate how calm this workout video is. I dont need the loud fast music or the coach yelling "motivational" buzzwords at me.
  • This was my very first workout since my 3 major surgeries and my daughter passing away. I'm overweight and have been battling depression with everything that I have had going on. I was able to do this workout, it wasn't easy but doable. I will be back tomorrow for round 2! Thank you for making working out fun!

I am absolutely happy to have found you. I use to be physically fit. But I have been physically ill for years now. I am about to have a few extensive surgeries but I’m needing to get stronger for those surgeries. Crossing my fingers your videos will help.
  • I turned 70 at the end of March. The last time I exercised regularly was when a had a three-month membership at our local YMCA in 1987 after my first child was born. Up until Covid, I felt no real need - I was busy with children, two homes, pets, one or two jobs at a time and then came the grandchildren....no worries! When the pandemic hit I began to work from home and by the end of the first year my blood pressure shot up to a frightening level and required medication to control, I gained what I call the Covid 19 - that is 19 pounds that I cannot lose! I always tended to be a homebody, but this was a new level. I could not and I still cannot bring myself to leave the house very easily and if I do, it's to safe, known places....On the 26th of April I found your 10 minute indoor walking workout. I can do this in my home office and I've managed to accomplish it every day that I am at home (I go into the office 2 days per week). I haven't lost any weight yet, but I remain hopeful! You are a miracle worker!
  • Perfect! It’s raining outside, so not able to go for my walk. Found your indoor walking workout and just absolutely love it! Thank you!
  • @c.k.mitchell2124
It's been raining a lot where I live, so I was thrilled to find this video! This will be great to do in the mornings before getting ready for work. Blessings to all for a wonderful week πŸ’›

Wow, that made my heart race more and sweat more than walking on my treadmill. Although my shoulders and neck are junk so doing the later arm movements really hurt, but I'm slowly working on it.
  • I ❀ luv your workouts! I've been utilizing your pilates workouts for years and just started your other workouts recently!!! Thank you!
  • It's hot here in South Australia atm, so I'm doing these in the shallow end of my pool under a shady tree - bliss.
  • @helenwright7958
Thank you for the workout Jessica I must get back into your workouts always explained so well and so doable at home. Thank you
  • Thank you for this video....I have functional Neurological Disorder wich really effects my movement and I've found it hard to find a simple work out video. Yet I was able to complete this πŸŽ‰
  • @silentcookie7261
This is great! I struggle with motivation plus I have problems with my knees, so something short that I can do at home with little space and that's low impact is perfect for me atm.
  • @_Judey_
Wonderful workout!! I was looking for a walking workout but never expected this video to be somewhat challenging and enjoyable at the same time!!
  • @JillSmith-xn9by
Thank you, Jessica. I appreciated your explanation of why arm swing is important(spine). It was good to hear that doing the side steps(out-out-in-in) help with memory. Walking back and forth on the mat was kind of fun-could kind of get a groove going. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the time went. :.)
  • @Dantianblue
Great workout, so functional and non stressful.
  • @OffByNone
Loved seeing and doing this workout. 😍
