4 large firm tomatoes
50-70 grams of mozzarella
A little bit of dill
4 small eggs
Olive oil for greasing the mold
Directions:

Take 4 large firm tomatoes and cut off the tops. Carefully remove the pulp with a knife and a teaspoon.
Cut 50-70 grams of mozzarella and a little dill. Add half of the sliced ​​mozzarella and the dill to the tomatoes.
Place a small egg in each tomato.
Place the remaining mozzarella on top.
Grease the baking pan with olive oil and place the stuffed tomatoes in it. Use the cut tops of the tomatoes as a support and place the stuffed tomatoes on top.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
