Pumping the Compressor v2

Lateral pulldowns using the bow classic Bullworker with black spring, resting it on my leg.
12 sets of 10 compressions followed by a 10 second isometric hold.
Covers both sides and 2 types of grips (knuckles vertical and horizontal).
Make sure the wider tubing half is position in top, otherwise you will pinch you arm were the tubes cross each other.
I usually do 2 sets back to back, rest 10 seconds, then do the next 2 sets, but for video purposes I did them all back to back. When the current routine gets easy, I plan to do them like this, before transitioning to the red spring.
A pullup substitute for when you don't have a pullup bar at home.
