Cop Surprises Shoplifter Outside Changing Room

On February 5, 2024, officers responded to Kohl's in reference to a shoplifting in progress. When the first officer arrived on scene, he was met by a loss prevention associate at the front doors. The associate said he observed a known shoplifter enter a dressing room where he suspected she was concealing items on her person. This is police footage of the events that followed.
