This man is amazing. He is over 70, one of the best italian chef in the world, probably he made more pasta dish, than anyone else, and after all of these, he still in love with the food, and he can joy a simple dish like this. He is the secret ingrident. Big love!

I saw literally a dozen recipes from Cacio and Pepe and NO ONE does it so simple, fast and delicious. Gennaro is a true MAESTRO. Thanks, Chef !!!

I've been following Gennaro for years. This is by far the easiest recipe I've seen for this dish and the most authentic. No extra steps. 2 ingredients, max flavour!
