A very strange game indeed, but fun to play nonetheless. :)

I remember playing this ages ago when I was shorter, less intelligent, and didn't have as many candles on my birthday cake as I do now (if you catch my drift). I loved it then, and I still love playing it every now and then.

Despite it being very dry, it's a very amusing game. It took me ages to beat, pretty challenging.

Simple remedy: leave it paused :P I did this with a lot of other games too, like Radiant Silvergun. Though I will admit, the first time I tried this technique with Plok!, I got to the Rock Boss and left it paused overnight while I slept. For breakfast the next morning, I had fried eggs with a side of crashed console. I didn't play Plok! for months after that, I was so pissed. I still never actually beat the game until getting it for emulator and using save states.

Back there when games were about having fun and not best graphics.
-
this was when games were actually good. nowadays people only care about the graphics.

You know I ruled at this game when I was a kid. Here I am playing it again, and I suck. Took me about fifteen tries to beat the Bobbins Brothers.

The Soundtrack was great, really pushed the SNES's sound capabilities
