This video shows the installation of a Techlam ventilated façade with Sistema Masa’s structure. The project is the new Clinica Corachan in Barcelona (Spain).

The technological innovation has permitted the Techlam structure to be able to support equally the different strengths of external agents, offering a high degree of absorption before possible inclement weather, sharp changes in temperature and other severe climatic conditions.

the adhesive has been tested in controlled circumstances for weathering and aging. it is also warrantied

What if the adhesive fails due to weathering after time?? I prefer to have a mechanical connection.

This system is great and fast as well But not suitable for UK or country's with similar weather i think Otherwise its really good My opinion

This installation appears to be a bad idea to use regular batt insulation... I would have used a rigid type poly-iso foam board (dark colored) ... This type of board is waterproof and will not harm the performance of the insulation... they will regret this decision when the batt insulation starts sagging within the cavity.

I see a lack of knowledge regarding how is working the substructure. 1. Most of the anchors for the brackets were installed between the bricks ( this means the pullout capacity is compromised) 2. All brackets are working like fixed support for the T profile. This is totally wrong. There is thermal expansion and also building slab movements. Usually, the top brackets are fixed with circular holes and all other brackets below have to be with vertically orientated slotted holes. sorry but this system is total bullshit and shitty to mount 2:52 WTF 2:58 WTF????? Ensave Group, Hilti or Systea have far more better solutions with a double bracket
