So many references to Kane pixels and other prominent liminal space blender artists, so cool !! Also the "you're not supposed to be here" message is likely a reference to a little message left by a dev who was working on Half-Life 2: Episode 2

"Oh its a vending machine nextbot" The amount of disappointment in that line really hits

This map heavily follows Kane's backrooms series lore, as it's a direct recreation of it. The map creator has some of Kane's backrooms blend files and maps, because he is a friend of Kane. Kane's series has NO relation to the backrooms wikis, there are no levels or 3 trillion monsters except for the creature seen in the series, but it's not important to the lore as much. The color green is very important, as it's seen throughout the place. The backrooms webseries is amazing, entirely made by one 17 year old. A24 even picked him up to work on a backrooms movie.

13:06 Since the Backrooms can be accessed everywhere, that car must've no-clipped into the backrooms on the road, thus crashing. Just a theory.

You guys need to go back to this map, it's been updated. There's now 2 different maps included. One has an overhauled version of backrooms and the other has full creation of the research facility.

i love that someone modeled all of kane pixels videos it looks so cool, now it just needs an entity!

Now this is what the backrooms are supposed to be. I’m so pleased the original vision for the backrooms is still alive in maps like these.

I love this map This map has two sections connected though pits and the green energy Section one is the one with the pits and the portal to the main world. Sections two is the one with the car crash and green pool also the airport spot.

I really hope youtube does its thing and gets you more views man

Its presumed that the backrooms takes people and things from different time periods, which explains why you can find items and areas from different time periods
