Strictly speaking, Mr. Cahodes said “with the man at the top”. I don’t think he intended to make some point about sexism. In any case, Cathy Wood has lost a lot of people money, just like SBF. Is she a sociopath? He used it as a phrase, and as it pertains to the situation he describes it is accurate.

It's not the 007 strapped to the table by Goldfinger headed to be cut in half by a laser beam or an action move with the star fighting on a conveyor belt headed to a metal shredder. But it is entertaining and isn't going to end like any of those shows :)
