  • I wish that 60 years ago, someone had encouraged me to learn guitar.
  • Thank You Justin. You are the most musical player I know. Not silly legato typing exercises. As on old dude struggling with malignant cancer, your music gives me peace. And someone gave you the very best compliment: You are not playing the guitar, you are talking through it. : )

I think we could ask Justin to play "Mary Had a Little Lamb" and what we'd get would be a beautifully haunting, rich, compelling piece of music.

I never expected to see someone make this tune even better than the original already is! Wow!

Ain’t no sunshine without Justin’s fingerstyle gems! ☀️🎸💎😎

Dang... Justin I think you're a part of my cadré.. This is the fourth or fifth time you've uploaded a song that my soul needed that day.. This is a song to my Daughter whom I am missing terribly. I will see her soon but until then thank you for giving my heart a voice today

Lordy!!! That moody soulful bluesy undercurrent vibe really disarms you and gets right under your skin, you have no choice but to surrender and enjoy! The man has a rare talent in his ability to interpret a song beautifully and give voice to a set of strings even though no words are spoken!
  • I just absolutely love that naturally amplified woody sound that you cannot get from piezos. This is acoustic guitar heaven. Thank you JJ!
  • I've never heard anyone make the guitar sound like this. You make it look effortlessly, as a guitarist myself I understand how much talent you have. Im blown away by how great you make it sound. Very glad I happen to find your music here on YouTube. Can listen to you play for hours. So relaxing and soothing. Keep up the good work Justin
  • Your talent never ceases to amaze me! One guy. One guitar. So much sound! Subtle here. Bold there. And everything in between. I can't comprehend how one brain can keep track of it all!! I sure hope we both get to Heaven because I want hear what that God given talent sounds like at the ultimate level!!! Everything good true and beautiful comes from the Lord, and that was beautiful! THANKS!!
  • Ain’t no Sunshine was the first song I heard after I lost my Yellow Lab, Tootsie. She was the most gentile soul I have ever met. Thanks for playing this song, it brought a tear to my eye.
  • Amazing as always. Yes, please tab this. I’ll never be able to do it justice but I just might be able to drink some whiskey and mess around with it
  • I fell into this and couldn't get out. when it ended, things got very quiet. i needed more. Thanks for taking me to that special musical place.👍

Gosh, this was just beautiful. Not over played. I think it kept to the original feeling of the Bill Withers song. Fantastic. Thank you.

Justin, just wanted to say your incredible man. You've inspired me to pick up the guitar after fives years of being discouraged I couldn't play again after a injury to my strumming hand. I've been back at for about a month an couldn't be happier keep it up man
