20 years ago, this movie kickstarted the age of modern superhero movies.
-
The style of this trailer practically screams 1998-2000 lol good times.
-
hard to believe this movie will be 20 years old soon
-
I’ve said it before, and i will say it again. This movie is an absolute classic
-
If this movie didn't exist, The MCU wouldn't be a thing.
-
The movie that started it all. It started everything. Thanks.
-
I can't believe this, this movie 20 years old
-
Don't be fooled, THIS was the film that started the modern-current big-budget superhero genre (it certainly didn't start in the 2010's). X-Men 2000, released when the Superman and Batman franchises were literally dead, and after a bunch of forgotten c-rate cheap movies of The Punisher, Captain America, Fantastic Four, and several box-office disappointments of minor superheroes (The Rocketeer, The Shadow, The Phantom, Spawn, Steel, Blade- which actually made money but was thrashed by critics).
-
the quality of this movie was far too advance for year 2000.
-
This,Blade (1998) and Spider-Man (2002) are comic book movie classics.
-
The movie that started it all and made a huge impact with superhero movies. Happy 10th Anniversary X-Men (2000)!
-
I don't think people realized just how epic this was back then. Maybe the audience just wasnt ready. Like marty mcfly said: "you might not, but your kids are gonna love it"
-
God, this came out 20 years ago six years before I was born... the nostalgia is honestly surreal. The current X-Men is great but the Original X-Men holds a certain place in my heart, it was somehow just... better.
-
i love this movie i was a kid and hugh jackman it's a best wolverine all time
-
Earth-2000: A world with Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man, Eric Bana's Hulk, Ben Affleck’s Daredevil, Nicolas Cage's Ghost Rider, Thomas Jane's The Punisher, Hugh Jackman's Wolverine. with Wesley Snipes as Blade.
-
The first x men film is a classic and the best superhero movie
-
There was "Blade", then "X-Men"..... The rest is history.... "X-Men" was 8 years before "Iron Man"....
-
Childhood Memories.....can't believe 20 years passed.
-
I still remember the day that my dad showed me this. Jean Grey is my favorite!
