Just realised I messed up his surname in the video…. Hope his lawyer doesn’t use that to throw out the case
  • @ODISeth
I like how this implies he’s legally responsible for crimes committed across all timelines
  • @Hi-cm1cj
Fun Fact: As of this moment, Henry Stickmin is the only one on this channel to lose two pardons.
  • @nooneyouknow239
I love how he went from $38,450 fine to $4,000,038,450 fine with one crime.
  • @testacount7324
7:32 That dancing scene was not a charged crime, but he put it in anyway because we all just love it too much. Very much kudos.
  • @kittencorp.3295
Your honor, my client is named Henry ‘Stickmin’. This ‘Stickman’ fellow is clearly an entirely different person!

Objection; only the crimes committed on a timeline that succeeds counts. All others lead to situations that result in likely death or other forms of guaranteed inability to keep the monitored timeline going. As such, Henry could be liable of the following potential combinations of charges, with each potential unique set of charges listed individually per route, and only counting the ones that you ennumerated charges for: 1st game: 5 years (Attempted bank robbery) (bag option) 2nd game: + Exonerated (Lawyered up route) +19 years (Escaping Lawful Custody, Assault An Officer x2 (they count separately!)) (Sneaky Escapist route) +15 years, + $14,000 fine (ELC, Property Damage) (Badass Bust-Out route) 3rd game: +25.5 years (Battery, Grand Larceny) (Just Plain Awesome route) +life, +25 years (GL, M(2nd Degree)) (Unseen Burglar route) +29.5 years (Battery, GL, AAO, Resisting Arrest) (Intruder On A Scooter route) 4th game: +Pardoned (government sponsored action that Henry was pressed into service for, so everything's on them and not him) (Government-Sponsored Private Investigator and Relentless Bounty Hunter routes) +20 years (Espionage (he joined the Toppats when pressed into service to take them down!)) (Rapidly Promoted Executive route) +25 years (Grand Larceny), forgiven due to general's comments of "let him go" implying a possible pardon but let's assume not (meaning actually +Nothing) (Pure-Blooded Thief route) 5th game: The only time charges could stick in this game is if Henry did not receive a pardon in the 4th game. All actions taken will be considered to fall under the same laws, though. +Nothing (The Wall is a blacksite of another country entirely and Henry was escaping an unlawful imprisonment. All charges would be thrown out due to an illegal imprisonment.) (Any situation preceded by GSPI, RBH, or PBT) +life, +12 years (ELC, M(2nd degree), Reckless Driving, Falsified ID Documents) (Presumed Dead route) +15 years (ELC) (Ghost Inmate route) +life x3, +17 years (ELC, AAO, M(1st Degree)x3) (Convict Allies route) +52 years, +$12,400 fine (ELC, PD, Accidental Manslaughter) (The Betrayed route) 6th game: All actions undertaken as a government agent or on positive relations with the government that result in the apprehension of the toppats will be considered as such and passed on to military as actions in the line of duty. All situations where Henry did Presumed Dead while pardons are in effect will be considered to be him seeking asylum and thus using witness protection papers for a new ID after crossing the border. + Nothing or even Pardoned (Any situation that has GSPI, RBH, or IRO in the backstory or that helps the Government take down the Toppats, meaning Cleaned 'em Out (can't take off if you got nothing to use, meaning grounded until arrival of government), Triple Threat (government action), Valiant Hero (government action), Special BROvert Ops (government action), Free Man (incapacitated station for easier apprehension by government due to no power meaning no defenses meaning easy boarding), Capital Gains (no wealth means no takeoff), Little Nest Egg (no wealth means no takeoff), Master Bounty Hunter (directly observe the arrest of the Toppats), Pardoned Pals (directly observe the pardon).) +life, +25 years, +$1,200 fine (Tresspassing, GL, M(2nd Degree)), +Pardoned (Single-handedly taking down Toppat clan for Government in self-defense by reflecting "Supreme Dominance" laser) (Jewel Baron) +life (M(2nd Degree)) (Toppat Recruits) +equivalent of life x1000+, +50 years, +$4B fine (Mass kidnapping, Supreme Larceny, Mass Grand Larceny), +Pardoned (Stickmin Space Resort) (Stranded ground-side Toppats on ground for easy arrest, and ensured remaining toppats stayed out of trouble. Easy win-win for Henry and the Government.) +life x10 (M(1st Degree x4, 2nd Degree x6) (Toppat King) +Posthumous Pardon (The Revenged) (Can't exactly try him for crimes if he died, and we see Henry expire on-camera in this one. He also took out the toppats, so there's that.) +20 years (Espionage) (Toppat 4 Life) +Nothing (He didn't actually DO anything aside from split the Toppats in two by opposing Ellie) (Toppat Civil Warfare) As a result, the following results are possible: SSR, JB, PP, MBH, LNE, CG, FM, SBO, VH, TT, CeO: Pardoned. T4L, TK, TopRec: Scot-free by Toppat Station being a haven but life in prison and confiscation of all assets if ever caught. The Revenged: Scot-free by death, and pardoned posthumously. TCW: Anywhere from a minimum of just 60 years and 6 months to a maximum of life plus 84 years. Possibly with a $14,000 fine depending on how he got himself out of West Mesa Penitentiary.

Just wanna point out a few things: 1. it's heavily implied that Henrys imprisonment at the wall was unlawful and performed by a foreign organization, because Henry gets sent there regardless of whether or not he received a pardon in infiltrating the airship and if he did and he goes on the international rescue operative route, Charles has to help him break out instead of just requesting his release, so most crimes in fleeing the complex shouldn't count. 2. Fails where henry died committing a crime shouldn't count because we usually don't charge corpses because they're, yknow, dead. Fails where he committed a crime but survived though should 100% still count.
  • @epicsans291
I'm pretty sure "fleeing the complex" is not a "legal custody", which means he's not escaping a legal custody but pretty much a kidnapping, which reduces a little his sentence. Just a little
  • I kind of love how he never gets a death penalty, he could actually serve 26 life sentences (with enough immortality spells) and pay off the fine.
  • @Weidelsburger
Fun fact: In Germany it's not a crime to break out of prison because humans have the natural instinct to be free
  • @blokvader8283
Damn I really never realized how many people Henry has killed. This mans a menace and a fiend and we still love him lmao
  • @user-tw3rh9po4t
I’m both impressed and unsurprised by the fact that Henry is canonically guilty of theft, murder, assault, property damage, breaking in and entering, escaping legal custody, and mutiny.
  • @judet2992
This is gonna be the longest court case/session in history purely because of how long it would take to read all these crimes out, let along going over each one in detail.
  • @Abi_B1989
Henry’s like “What am I being charged for?” Prosecutor: “How about every single crime under the sun?”
  • theoretically, if henry dies at some of the fails that you can accomplish, does that mean that he's serving some of his life sentences?
  • @taelim6599
Two things: The Wall is not a legal prison, nor are its staff legal police officers. We know this because in Fleeing the Complex you can call the government to help you escape, and in Completing the Mission there's a scene where Wall staff and government soldiers fight against each other as enemies. As such, Henry Stickmin should be treated as if he was illegally kidnapped, not as if he was in legal custody. Furthermore, you also charged Henry Stickmin with crimes for actions he performed on behalf of the government in Completing the Mission. Shooting people is a crime, but shooting people the government ordered you to shoot in a battle isn't. In fact, he probably would have been charged with crimes (namely, insubordination) if he didn't do those things.
  • @blackegret666
one thing to note is that Johnny Panzer (The officer Henry threw a rock at during the police chase) was pronounced KIA meaning Henry would have to spend atleast 10-20 years in prison
