The HUD instrument, the 'level' in aviation is called an "Artificial Horizon". Your english is very good. Please continue to be awesome :)

I don't know why, but I never expect people who don't have English as their primary language talking like it's their first (swearing and stuff). It was quite a pleasant surprise.

Your english is actually rather good. I wouldn't worry about it so much. There's a few words that you have trouble remembering, but other than that, it's quite good.
