    Yes the constant introspection and almost seperation from my inner guidance has recently gotten me into a space of "enough therapy"! Also actual body work is more beneficial than me constanly being in "mind". The joys of yoga, gym, breathwork, Eastern occult philospohy has also deepened my personal connection to "Self" as opposed to being codependent with a therapist all the time!   • I question why you think millennials are particularly apt to want to get to the bottom of things. People have been trying to get to the bottom of things since before Plato! I think reality is simpler than your explanation: we live in hideously difficult and often tragic times and people are deeply traumatized. It is no wonder to me that we seek out therapy to try to deal with it.
