India should watch the current event with caution in mind. This is what happened to Japan in the 80’s and now China. One day when your economy is poised to overtake theirs, which it will, they will find a myriad of reasons to suppress you.

But, but, ... but Paiki according to you, few months ago, few years ago, you said China economy is collapsing??? Now US alone cant take on China alone, US needs G7 + Europe to attack on China economy. 😂😂😂

My husband and I were fortunate enough to be able to pay off our mortgage early. We were both still working, and took the payment amount that we had been using to pay off our mortgage faster and we put it straight into investments. We were able to retire early because of almost 7 years of putting away what would have been our mortgage payment as well as maxing out our 401K/403B plans. Thankfully we were taught by both of our parents the value of living within our means. Thank you for your advice. I know it will help people. we are interested in investments that could set me up for retirement , I mean I've heard of people that netted hundreds of thousands during these crash, I listened to someone on a podcast who earned over $650K in less than a year, what's the strategy behind such returns?

Our economy struggling with uncertainties, housing issues, foreclosures, global fluctuations, and pandemic aftermath, causing instability. Rising inflation, sluggish growth, and trade disruptions need urgent attention from all sectors to restore stability and stimulate growth.
  • It's funny because that means the EU is going to be paying more by buying from the US, lol.

First they poked the Bear, now they poke the Dragon! 😮

China liberated Tibet from the caste system similar to the one in India. If there were a referendum today on whether Tibetans prefer to live under the rule of the Lamas or remain with China, the vote would likely be over 90% in favor of staying with China. Anyone who hasn't been to Tibet and investigated the situation firsthand, relying only on media reports, will never fully understand this.

Mercedes and BMW each sell 900,000 cars in China. If China put tariffs, these companies will collapse.

Palki always sides with the old colonialists (what a disgrace for India)
  • @nmew6926
Don't worry Palki, China knows how to deal with them. But tell me in what way these tariffs will benefit India.
  • @Muricans1776
Tariff’s are not an attack… they are a desperate defensive move

India's imports of Chinese value-added products have quadrupled in recent years. Why? Because India is becoming a manufacturing power and needs components made in China. In other words, the two countries are growing closer, complementing each other's strengths. The US tried to drive the countries apart by pushing companies like Foxconn to move to China, but this has only driven them closer together.

As to the west I would say: do not throw stones on your neighbor's house when yours is made up of glass. If you do not want to be outcompeted by China then work harder and do your homework diligently. Putting hurdles on China's path to progress and prosperity is pointless and has been proved to be of no avail.
  • PALKI I HATE TO BURST YOUR BUBBLES BUT SAUDI ARABIA ENDED THE OVER 70 YEARS PETROL DOLLAR AGREEMENT. THE SAUDIES WILL NOW ACCEPT A BASKET OF CURRENCIES INSTEAD OF THE DOLLAR. THIS IS THE END THE PETROL DOLLAR AS WE KNOW IT.
  • with the west's world economic share shrinking it's going to be difficult to influence Beijing decision especially when the American say is mostly in the dollar printing which is becoming unsustainable.

  • China is well prepared for this. Thier products will still be cheaper than European products despite the tariffs.
