What a great tribute and the kids work so hard to achieve their goals. So proud to be brought up in Charlestown and call myself a Townie. So many great and hardworking people in this small town. Thanks to all who help these kids get us noticed for something good and the bad stuff. So proud.

We were always big on hockey. Charlestown High School always had a good team, and Boston Garden was a short walk across the bridge. We would sneak into the Garden to see the Bruins play.

Imagine if every kid in Charlestown played for Charlestown high and didn’t leave for catholic schools..they would be a wagon
