If you walked into a random bar anywhere in the world and asked enough people plenty would come up with similar routine…it wasn’t Australian it was just amateur. Super embarrassing that she was selected when there are undoubtedly significantly more talented dancers in Aus. Classic example of someone being duped and impressed by a meaningless phd. Shame shame shame.

You do realise she took the place of someone who practiced every day, had skills and actually deserved to go.

When is this show getting canned?

I wish I could find her complete performance without meme somewhere. Can’t find anything. I would like to see it myself before judging it. The few glimpses I saw where interesting. Would like to see the whole routine.

Sure shes a nice lady, but she should never have gotten to the olympics. At this point Aussie athletic and academic (Macquarie) integrity is in question. What a farce...

I think Ray Gunn is a legend. The keyboard warriors will always be there, but the media, including "The Project" went along with joking at her expense as well. Most of it is vile and un-Australian. Sure we can have a joke from time to time, but mateship should come first. Do better "journalists".
