  • Just love how Frakes and Stewart and the crew are still friends after all these years. Frakes is so good in interviews and just knows his stuff.
  • Jonathan Frakes just seems like an all round likeable guy. I could listen to his stories for hours.
  • @Technocrat.
I love these Next Gen actors, they are so talented in Many ways. I could sit here and listen to Frakes for hours tell stories, factual or experiences etc.
  • Of all the scenes on season three of Picard, my absolute favorites are the ones where Jonathan and Patrick are doing their thing together. They both gel so well with each other. Plus, they seem to genuinely enjoy their shared screen time.

I love the reverence Frakes shows for Stewart. I'm sure it's mutual. Next Gen was a special show with a great group of actors. Amazing legacy.
  • I have to agree that Brent's Patrick impression is pretty incredible.
  • I've met most of the TOS cast and the TNG cast. Everybody was nice, but the TNG cast were just the biggest sweethearts. Esp. Frakes and Dorn.
  • People,The Next Generation Cast all became best friends over the years. Its the most rare cast in the history of tv.

When extremely talented people are difficult to work with, it's a fascinating story. When extremely talented people turn out to also be extraordinarily lovely people, it's such a joy!

I just want to thank all the cast that came back to make Picard. Its so rare to see a reunion of old characters make a show that actually does justice to its origins

I've heard Sir Stewart speak on this. His life has always been about the work. Pure and simple.
  • Yes, please get Brent Spiner on. He is fabulous and funny. Thanks for great podcasts, I watched many! Also, you have always been my favorite Lex Luther, best one out there bar none.

I grad HS in 92. I moved out to go to college and was a broke as they come. Had a 19in tv with rabbit ears and could pick up 3 tv stations. One of which played TNG pretty much all day back to back. This is when I became a trekkie. Yes I watched the star treks from the 60s and the movies that were made but TNG really got me into these characters and Franks is a damn good director and I am glad he and Stewart are continuing this.

  • @CoreIreland
His impersonation of Patrick Stewart is pretty good too.
  • Jonathan Frakes is forever cemented as Star Trek and Sci-Fi, Royalty. Same as all the TNG cast members.
