This is a feel-good story that happens to concern people who cannot access other transportation. They have an absolute right to an active life as anybody else. There's a saying that everybody is just temporarily able-bodied, so if you live long enough (hopefully to a ripe old age), you will have some kind of mobility issue. This is why this type of program is really vital.
